Grind Settings

  • Finer than Pour Over on a Generic grinder
  • 34 on a Niche Zero grinder
  • 1.9.7 on a 1Zpresso JUltra grinder

Steps

1.
Use metal screen + paper filter
2.
Add 20g of coffee and pour 270ml
3.
Allow 30s bloom
4.
Agitate 3 times with the claw and engage ready for pull up
5.
Tap the bird gently to settle the bed
6.
At 2m30s pull up slowly over 30s and enjoy
