  • 38 on a Niche Zero grinder
  • 1.4.9 on a Jultra grinder

Steps

1.
Switch open (pour-over mode). Pour 60g at ~90°C as a bloom.
2.
0:30 Pour another 60g (120g total). Then add cold water to your kettle to bring the temperature down to 70°C.
3.
1:15 Close the switch (immersion mode). Pour the remaining 160g of 70°C water (280g total).
4.
1:45 - Open the switch and allow drawdown.
5.
~3:00 - Brew should be complete
